Membership offers you access to a wide variety of classes to help you build strength, improve mobility, level up your cardiovascular fitness, and more.

  • Functional: H.I.I.T

    High Intensity Interval Training classes with an intentional blend of total body strength and cardio movements designed to increase lean muscle mass, heart rate and caloric expenditure. Functional strength and increased cardiovascular output over injury risk is our goal here. Expect to see deadballs, heavy ropes, sled pushes, kettlebells, dumbbells and cardio machines in this class. This class is great for intermediate/advanced fitness levels and has a high degree of intensity and jumping/joint impact

  • Functional: KettleBell - Intro

    This class focuses on Kettlebell lifting techniques, strength building and metabolic conditioning. Improve your movement, increase your core strength and mobility while working with an exciting and challenging implement.

  • Functional: KettleBell - Advanced

    For the lifter with significant experience with Kettlebells. This class focuses on honing and mastering the movement skills attained in Kettlebell intro while developing enhanced strength and cardio capacity in new and difficult Kettlebell movements and integrating additional equipment including heavy ropes, medicine balls and cardio eqiupment. *Beginner Kettlebell experience and instructor approval required to attend.

  • Functional: Power

    Power is essential for high performance. Everything we do in life requires some form of powerful movements. This class will emphasize both the education and practical application of generating and absorbing powerful movements. You’ll see everything from plyometrics, medicine ball, kettlebell swings and olympic lifts incorporated into this class. This class is great for all fitness levels.

  • Functional: Strength

    Movement based strength class with the focus of improving usable joint mobility, stability and movement patterns through the strengthening of movement demands and patterns. The goal is to improve performance in life and sport through increasing overall strength and total body function. You’ll use bands, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, TRX and weighted sleds in this class. This class is great for all fitness levels.

  • Pilates: Beginner

    Our beginner class is the initial way to experience Pilates in a safe and effective way while building your solid foundation. The initial focus will be on the fundamentals, your form, alignment and the breath patterns encouraged for you to master the fundamentals of Pilates. Learning the basics is essential to prepare for more challenging classes, this will help you get the maximum benefits from your workout before you advance. We believe that Pilates is for every BODY so this class is ideal for all fitness levels, is easily modified for those with physical limitations, and focuses on overall body awareness. * Toe/Grip Socks Required

  • Pilates: Intermediate

    Experience the benefits of Pilates with our signature Reformer class that strengthens and lengthens your entire body. Flowing from the Reformer to the Tower, TRX, Bosu, Mat and more, to develop your body awareness, balance and muscular coordination. Start exploring more precise, dynamic and complex exercises to build your capacity using of our state of the art equipment, taking your practice to the next level. Class tempo is moderate and focuses on a steady movement flow. *Beginner reformer experience and instructor approval required to attend. * Toe/Grip sock required.

  • Pilates: Cardio

    Pilates + Cardio

    Get moving in this fast paced, fun, high energy jump board class. Incorporating all of the Pilates principles plus cardio, weights and low impact movements. The Jumpboard facilitates aerobic movement with endless class variations that will take your practice to the next level. Let's raise your heart rate and increase your calorie burn! Jumping on the Reformer has been proven to increase bone density!

  • Yoga: Power Flow

    An up-tempo pace Yoga class to explore a variety of poses, while emphasizing alignment and a deep connection with your breath. This class is great for all fitness levels. *Bringing your own yoga mat is recommended but not required.

  • Yoga: Gentle Flow

    This yoga class will link movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body by sequencing poses in a continuous flow creating long, lean and healthy muscle adaptation. This class is great for all fitness levels. *Bringing your own yoga mat is recommended but not required.

  • Yoga: Yin

    This class will relax you with sustained stretching and holds in specific postures and positions while focusing on breathing in order to cultivate mindfulness and release tension from your body. This class is great for all fitness levels. *Bringing your own yoga mat is recommended but not required.
